Warranty & After-Sales Process

Warranty Period and Coverage:

Adviselight lighting fixtures come with a comprehensive 3-year warranty. Throughout the product's lifespan, accessories are available for replacement, though charges may apply. Please note that consumables such as light bulbs are not covered under this warranty.

During the warranty period, we offer free replacement of damaged parts, with the shipping costs borne by the customer. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper handling or intentional damage. However, customers can purchase replacement parts at cost, with the shipping costs also borne by them.

After-Sales Process:

If your lighting fixture requires after-sales service, please email a detailed description of the issue along with relevant pictures to support@adviselight.com. We will promptly assess if the reported issue is covered by the warranty.

For warranty-covered cases, we provide accessories free of charge. Customers can choose to pay for accessory shipping or provide a courier account. Replacement parts are typically shipped within 3-5 working days, accompanied by guidance on the process.

For cases not covered by the warranty, we will provide a quote for the necessary accessories. Once confirmed, replacement parts will be shipped within 3-5 working days. Customers can either pay the shipping fee directly to us or provide a courier account for shipping.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims.
  • If a customer provides a courier account for shipping, they are responsible for any associated courier charges.
